El Paso is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and El Paso follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I love bubble tea, but I've always lived in places where it never really caught on. When we arrived in El Paso, I added Boba Tea Top to my "want to visit" list, and I'm so glad I finally stopped in. The shop is located in a strip mall, so there isn't a drive-thru, but it was easy enough to find. Inside, everything was tidy and clean. Pink is the main color theme, and the Japanese cherry blossom tree makes for a really pretty touch. We ordered two large drinks because... why not? I got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with brown sugar boba, and my daughter chose the Strawberry Mochi Tea with popping boba. I have to say, I was surprised by just how large the "large" cups were. They're tall, slender cups that definitely give you your money's worth. My daughter absolutely loved her Strawberry Mochi Tea with the popping boba. My Brown Sugar Milk Tea had a great flavor, and I noticed the tapioca pearls varied a bit in size, which gave each sip a slightly different texture and made it more interesting. Overall, this was a fun shop with great drinks. If you're in El Paso and craving boba, Boba Tea Top is definitely worth a visit.

The customer service was amazing! I accidentally placed my order at the Mesa location, but the girls were really sweet to make my wife’s drink here so I didn’t have to go all the way to the other store. I truly appreciate their kindness! Drink was delicious

Okay so this place is beautiful. Looks so pretty.. their options look really good. My drinks were delicious.. however the shop closes at 9:30 it was 9:00. She was so kind but as i was leaving (she was going to close early).. a couple of more customers came in.. her attitude changed she seemed unhappy and I apologized because i felt bad, she didn’t answer me. Otherwise a pretty good experience
